| 1 | Part Completion plans proposal in respect of Convention Centre, Pragati Maidan, Mathura Road. | |
- The proposal was forwarded by the South DMC (online) for consideration by the Commission.
- The Commission approved the layout and building plans proposal in respect of Redevelopment of Integrated Exhibition cum Convention Centre (IECC) at its meeting held on June 14, 2017.
- The proposal for NOC for part completion of Convention Centre, Pragati Maidan received (online) at the completion stage was scrutinised along with the observations/recommendations given by the concerned local body i.e., South DMC in part ‘C’ Proforma and a detailed discussion was held with the architect (online) on Cisco Web Ex meetings who provided clarifications to the queries of the Commission. Based on the comments received in part ‘C’ Proforma, discussion held with the architect and the submission made, the following observation are to be complied with:
a) The Commission noted that the provision of helipad on the terrace (as shown in the approved drawings) has been replaced with framework which may be used for solar panels in future, the same shall be ensured to be screened appropriately. | | NOC for Completion (Part) found acceptable. | | The Commission decided to take action in the matter without awaiting confirmation of the minutes of the meeting. |
